Beatrice and Laurann founded the team Harendza Homes in 2022 under their brokerage, Compass. Once realizing how they complimented each other’s strengths in the real estate industry, they decided to join forces. Beatrice and Laurann understand how important having the the expertise of a real estate professional is whether you are buying or selling a home. They study the market daily, always staying up to date on changes and fluctuations within the local inventory. Trust is at the core of all of their client relationships. It is the combined mission of the team to fulfill our client’s needs by being equally dependable and knowledgable. With an MBA in marketing and financing, Beatrice has been a highly respected and successful real estate professional with 25+ years of experience representing buyers and sellers with integrity, professionalism, and local knowledge. Her marketing expertise assists sellers in achieving the maximum value for their properties. As a top producing agent within the Compass network, Beatrice specializes in La Canada Flintridge, Pasadena, Altadena, Glendale, La Crescenta, Montrose, and surrounding communities as well as Ventura County and the Desert areas.
 
Beatrice’s client base has included buyers, sellers, attorneys, and financial institutions in all facets of real estate. ranging from standard sales to divorce, trust, receivership, short sales, and foreclosures. Working seven days a week, Beatrice recognizes that real estate transaction questions can pop up at times other than business hours. Her goal is to make each transaction as smooth and transparent as possible via hard work, attention to detail, and managing every aspect of each transaction.

Laurann Woods has been running her own successful businesses for the past 10 years as sought-after entrepreneur.􀃠 She has worked with clients all over the Los Angeles area, helping them make their requests and desires come to life.􀃠 Combined with her expertise in social media and marketing, Laurann’s skills set her apart as a real estate agent that knows the importance of building relationships and creating a home.
